STORE  & REFUND POLICY (updated October, 30th 2022)

This online store is print on demand based and the contents of your package were manufactured by a separate entity from the owner, meaning this store does not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase on stellarxnova.com, please contact us at stellarxnova.art@gmail.com to verify and confirm the issue with your purchase.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your issue is verified and accepted, we will ship out a replacement within 10 business days of the resolution confirmation, completely on us free of charge. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns on these items for any reason. Any defective or damaged items are encouraged to be donated, recycled, or upcycled. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is email (stellarxnova.art@gmail.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. This store is inactive on holidays and weekends, and active during work hours (8am-8pm) on weekdays. Responses to any inquiries will be done on active hours only.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

To the discretion of Stellar Nova Designs, you are eligible for a refund if your item is:
-damaged
-the wrong item
-missing or you have not received the item
-item is pending delivery/stuck in mail limbo for more than 30 days (outside of US may take longer)

Email stellarxnova.art@gmail.com if you think you are eligible for a refund on your item(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at stellarxnova.art@gmail.com.
